Electric valves

An electric valve is basically an automatically operated water faucet, controlled by a water detector. Tip: Create your own leak protection with the water alarm socket.

In case of leakage, the water supply can be stopped automatically. Other application: automatic refilling, in combination with a level control.

Type NO (normally open) stops the water supply when 230 Volt is applied from the water detector.
Type NC (normally closed = de-energized closed) shuts off water supply when its 230 Volt supply is lost.

Suitable for vertical and horizontal mounting. The separate electric valves (solenoid valves) are available for 15 mm compression fittings, 1/2 inch (DN15), 3/4 inch (DN20) and 1 inch (DN25) connections with internal threads. For the 1/2“ and the 3/4” valves, you can optionally order 2 point fittings with 15 mm compression fittings.

A valve is controlled by a water detector or level control. Application in houseboats, homes and other buildings, at water-consuming machines and in a production environment.

Tip: Check the electric valve regularly. This prevents the valve from seizing due to scale. You can easily test a leakage alarm by briefly holding the sensor contacts against metal.

The Solenoid valve -15mm is intended for controlling or dosing the water supply to a pond, pool, basin or aquarium, as well as for sanitary applications. The valve opens when it receives 230 Volt voltage, via a level control, for example.

Especially for decalcifiers, coffee machines, washing machines, dishwashers and small water-consuming appliances, there is the line leakage valve,  which works on a battery or mains adapter.
