Special stainless steel floats: for detecting the level in a tank, container or basin. Suitable for tap water, demineralised water, rainwater and dirty water. Also works in other liquids, including diesel, petrol and oil.
Applications
Operation of stainless steel float sensor
The built-in contact switches by a change in the level of the liquid, which moves the floating body (the actual float) up or down. The contact can transmit a make (NO) or break (NC) signal to the water detector or level controller. Reversing polarity from NC to NO (or vice versa) is possible by removing and replacing the floating body on the vertical axis. Please note: these float sensors are not suitable for switching mains voltage!
Right-angled stainless steel float switch
The right-angled float is intended for mounting in the vertical side wall of a barrel or tank. This sensor has a single-pole NO/NC switching contact. You can extend the connection wires up to 50 m, with a 2-wire signal line.

Double 'duo' stainless steel float
The duo float has 2 floats on one axis, with a fixed spacing of 13 mm. It can be used for level control and each float has its own single-pole switching contact. The connection wires (top float = red, bottom float = black) can be extended up to 50 m with a 4-wire signal line.
